Took a rest day today as I went out to visit my mom and wish her a happy birthday, she turned 76 on the 16th!
The weeks total swim was short of my 12,000m goal with only 11,800m ...Training is going on schedule and I'm feeling strong! I plan on adding a little more distance this week!
Oh and for fun I decided to go for a barefoot run in minus 14C temps today!
Just to toughen up! ;)
